Please read them carefully.
Plain English Summary (Key Points)

3. Gear for Good – Trail Organisation Support
3.1 How It Works
Loamer contributes $10 from every item sold to the trail organisation you select at checkout.
This contribution is funded by Loamer from its profits — it is not an additional fee or donation charged to you.
If no organisation is chosen, Loamer will choose one for you.
Current partners include: Rotorua Trails Trust, and Rotorua MTB Club.
3.2 Contribution Process
Contributions are processed monthly, and Loamer retains full discretion over the timing and method of payments.
Contributions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
By completing a purchase, you agree to Loamer making a $10 contribution to your selected organisation.
Loamer does not act as a fundraiser or donation collector on behalf of any organisation. All contributions are made independently by Loamer as part of our business operations.
3.3 Transparency & Reporting
We maintain full transparency through our monthly-updated Impact page, showing total contributions to each organisation.
Loamer cannot control how each organisation uses funds once received, but we choose partners committed to genuine trail work and community benefit.

4. Orders & Purchases
4.1 Pricing & Payment
All prices are in NZD and include GST.
Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (Stripe).
We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order that appears suspicious, duplicate, or fraudulent.
Loamer is not liable for any bank or credit card fees arising from disputes, chargebacks, or currency conversions.
4.2 Made-to-Order Policy
All items are made to order. We cannot refund for change of mind or incorrect size.
Refunds or replacements for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
Requests for faulty item replacements must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
4.3 Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to courier, manufacturing, or supply issues.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
4.4 Availability
We may update, limit, or discontinue products at any time.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we'll contact you with options — refund, alternative item, or delay.
