How does the "Gear for Good" trail funding work?

Accepted Answer

We donate for every item (not just every sale) to the trail organization of your choice. Choose your organization at checkout, and we'll send the funds directly to them—no committees or bureaucracy involved. Funding goes straight to the people building and maintaining the trails you love.

Which trail projects and organisations can I support?

Currently, we support these amazing trail organizations across New Zealand:

Rotorua Trails Trust 
Working to maintain and develop the world-class trail network in Whakarewarewa Forest, supporting everything from basic trail maintenance to new trail development projects. A lot of people thinks this forest is run for profit, it's not, it's mostly funded by these guys who rely heavily on donations.

They really need your support, we encourage you to grab a Rotorua specific design and spread the word!

Rotorua MTB Club & First Response 
This folks are a fantastic community-driven organization dedicated to supporting youth rider development, local events and of course, 0800 Whaka1, the first response service in the Whaka Forest.

When you make a purchase, you'll select these good folks are we'll send them $20 to help keep Whaka 1 and their youth development project running.

Hawkes Bay Mountain Bike Club 
These are the incredible folks pushing mountain biking forward in Hawkes Bay, especially Pan Pac MTB Park, working in a challenging forestry environment to build, rebuild, and maintain trails for the Hawke’s Bay riding community — including major recovery work following Cyclone Gabrielle.

Is your gear printed and shipped within New Zealand?

You bet. We've partnered with Digitees in Tauranga to keep everything local. No international shipping delays, lower carbon footprint, and your gear supports Kiwi jobs from design to delivery.

I ordered the wrong size/color/item can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Because everything is made to order to reduce waste, we can't accept returns for change-of-mind or wrong size purchases. However, if there's an error with your order or a quality issue, please get in touch at info@loamer.co.nz and we'll sort it out.

Question 5

How much is shipping? Do you send overseas?

Accepted Answer

New Zealand only (for now).

All NZ orders ship for a flat $10, rural or urban — no extra charges.

If you live rural, Loamer does not punish you for it! We cover the difference :)

At this stage, we don’t ship internationally, but send us an email and we will see what we can do for ya.

How long until I get my order?

Accepted Answer

Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically delivered within 5-7 working days. All gear is printed fresh when you order—nothing sits in a warehouse gathering dust.

Current lead time 5 Days + postage. Place an order then go ride :)
