We donate $10 from every item (not just every sale) to the trail organization of your choice. Choose your organization at checkout, and we'll send the funds directly to them—no committees or bureaucracy involved. Your money goes straight to the people building and maintaining the trails you love.

Rotorua Trails Trust

Working to maintain and develop the world-class trail network in Whakarewarewa Forest, supporting everything from basic trail maintenance to new trail development projects.

Rotorua MTB Club & First Response

A community-driven organization dedicated to supporting youth rider development, local events and of course, 0800 Whaka1, the first response service in the Whaka Forest.

When you make a purchase, you'll select which organization you'd like Loamer to send $10 to go to at checkout. This way, you choose the impact that matters most to you.

You bet. We've partnered with Digitees in Tauranga to keep everything local. No international shipping delays, lower carbon footprint, and your gear supports Kiwi jobs from design to delivery.

Because everything is made to order to reduce waste, we can't accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. However, if there's an error with your order or a quality issue, please get in touch at info@loamer.co.nz and we'll sort it out.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your NZ delivery address. We don't currently ship internationally—we're focused on supporting Kiwi trails and keeping our operations local.

Orders are processed within 24 hours and typically delivered within 5-7 working days. All gear is printed fresh when you order—nothing sits in a warehouse gathering dust.
